These terms apply to your use of vayriklabs.com (the “site”), which is operated by Vayrik Labs. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The site is informational

The site describes our products, open-source projects and services. Nothing on it is an offer that becomes a contract when you accept it. Any engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement. Product descriptions, roadmaps and lab experiments describe our current plans and may change.

2. Interactive demos

The terminal and product previews on the site are simulations to show how our tools work. They don't run on your machine or connect to your systems. Example output in them, such as timings and file names, is illustrative.

3. Intellectual property

The site's content, design and the Vayrik Labs name and logo belong to Vayrik Labs. You may not reuse them without permission, except to link to the site. Open-source software we publish is licensed under the license in its repository, and that license governs your use of it. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify compatible technologies.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, gain unauthorised access, submit unlawful, malicious or misleading content through our forms, or scrape it in a way that harms its operation.

5. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services such as GitHub, Discord, X and LinkedIn. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will always be available or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Vayrik Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

9. Changes and contact
